You can keep your existing number, this sim kit only support wireless service data. Not support talk & text.
How do I activate my ESIM card?
Activating your SIM card is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Just plug in your device and it can be used WITHOUT activation. And then, insert the ESIM card into your device and restart it.
How do I know if ESIM will work for me?
There are a few easy ways to check if ESIM is the perfect fit for you: Check the coverage map to verify the service in your area. Please be aware that outside factors like terrain, building structures, weather, and other conditions may also interfere with the actual service available. When you intend to travel out from your regular location, consult the coverage map again to check for service in the areas to which you will travel.If you are bringing your own phone, make sure your device is compatible with ESIM. It must be GSM, VoLTE, use our Bring Your Own Phone checker to confirm.If you are bringing your own phone, make sure your device is unlocked.
Will my device get 4G LTE data?
Both of our networks can provide 4G LTE connectivity to your device, as long as your device is 4G LTE compatible and there is coverage in your area. If you're not sure about your device you reach out to us 24/7 and we'll be able to find out if your device is compatible.
Will my device work with ESIM?
Any unlocked device that has a SIM card slot will most likely work with ESIM. Between our two networks, we support a wide variety of mobile phones, tablets, PCs, watches, pet trackers, security cameras, trail and game cameras for hunting, 4G routers, GPS devices, car locators and more.
How do I choose a plan?
ESIM offers fully customizable plans to fit your personal needs.
Can I share a plan across multiple lines?
We do not offer plan sharing at the moment.
Does this come with a phone number?
The SIM ONLY data, No Talk & Text.
Where can I view my usage and manage my top-ups?
Visit the ESIM website to see your usage. If you run out of data, the sim card will stop working and won't charge itself.

The new plan will be in PLANS-Unused, and it will start when your current plan is used up or expires. The expiration date is the date of your current plan.
When you activate the service with ESIM, all your APN settings are usually set automatically. However, if you’re having issues with data, you need to check your APN settings to make sure that they’re correct. please check your user manual about APN setting information

APN Settings
On an Android device, you can check and adjust your APN settings in the following location: Settings Tap More networks (under the Connections tab, or More, Wireless & networks, Wireless Controls, Wireless Manager, Phone Information). Select Mobile or Cellular networks. Choose Access Point Names. Tap the Menu icon. Tap the Access Point you would like to check. If you’re adding a new APN, tap New APN and enter APN meassage Save the APN, restart the device, and test the service.
On an iOS device, you can view or adjust your APN settings in one of the following locations: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network OR Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network. enter the SIM card APN meassage, double-check that the iOS software is updated, restart your phone, and test the service again.
